Alcohol Service Policy

Memory Lane is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible beverage experience for all guests. This Alcohol Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to alcoholic beverage service at events.

Legal Compliance

Memory Lane complies with all applicable local and state alcohol laws and regulations. Alcohol service is provided only in accordance with licensing requirements and venue policies.

Depending on the event location and jurisdiction:

  • Alcohol may be supplied by Memory Lane, or

  • Alcohol may be provided by the client and served by Memory Lane staff

All arrangements will be confirmed prior to the event.

Age Verification

  • Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the legal drinking age.

  • Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested at any time.

  • Guests unable to provide valid ID will be refused alcohol service.

Responsible Service

Memory Lane staff reserve the right to:

  • Refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated

  • Discontinue service to guests exhibiting unsafe or inappropriate behavior

  • Limit or stop alcohol service if necessary for safety

These decisions are made at the sole discretion of our licensed bartenders and are final.

Guest & Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

  • Ensure all guests comply with applicable alcohol laws

  • Support Memory Lane staff in enforcing responsible service

  • Provide a safe environment for staff and guests

Memory Lane is not responsible for guest behavior or actions resulting from alcohol consumption.

Event Conditions

  • Alcohol service will only occur during the agreed-upon service time.

  • Service may be delayed or discontinued due to unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or guest conduct without refund.

  • Any damage to Memory Lane equipment caused by guests may result in additional charges.

Liability Disclaimer

Memory Lane is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from alcohol consumption

  • Actions of guests during or after the event

  • Violations of venue or local alcohol regulations by guests

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Memory Lane harmless from claims arising from alcohol service, except in cases of gross negligence.

Right to Refuse Service

Memory Lane reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service entirely if:

  • Legal requirements are not met

  • Venue conditions are unsafe

  • Guests or hosts do not comply with this policy
