Services

Memory Lane provides mobile coffee and cocktail bar services for private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and public functions. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and applicable local laws and regulations.

Booking & Payment

  • A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure your event date.

  • Remaining balances are due prior to or on the event date, as outlined in your booking agreement.

  • Pricing may vary based on event details, location, duration, guest count, and customization.

Failure to submit required payments may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Memory Lane reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to provide a reasonable resolution.

Alcohol Service

  • Alcohol service is subject to all applicable local and state laws.

  • Memory Lane reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their event complies with venue rules and alcohol regulations.

  • Depending on location and licensing requirements, alcohol may be provided by Memory Lane or supplied by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

  • Accurate event details

  • Adequate space for setup

  • Access to power or water if required (communicated in advance)

  • A safe environment for staff and guests

Memory Lane is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

Setup & Event Conditions

  • Setup and breakdown times are included unless otherwise specified.

  • Event delays caused by the client or venue may reduce service time without refund.

  • Any damage to Memory Lane equipment caused by guests or venue conditions may result in additional charges.

Liability

Memory Lane is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses arising from guest behavior

  • Venue-related issues

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure), including weather, power outages, or government restrictions

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Memory Lane harmless from claims arising out of their event, except in cases of gross negligence.

Photography & Marketing

Memory Lane may capture photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding elements, is the property of Memory Lane and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or interfere with its functionality or content.

Changes to Terms
